Adele Gaddes is a proud New Zealander-think beautiful landscapes, All Blacks and Lord of the Rings country. She is inspired daily by nature, and enjoys encouraging children to get outside, notice the little things, connect, learn and have fun!

With her latest book, Adele hopes knowledge of both where food comes from and the benefits of eating fresh colourful food will lead to long-lasting, self-led healthy eating habits for many children.
Adele enjoys incorporating information into her books, that even the adults may not have previously known.
