WHY THIS BOOK
The author, illustrator and photographer Adele Gaddes has watched year after year the Monarch Butterfly population expand in her garden. At the same time she is constantly reading about the shortage of swan plants (milk weeds) and the subsequent international decline of the Monarchs.
Adele hopes to raise awareness of the plight of the Monarch, to ensure their survival for future generations.
